Urban Nook is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. Urban Nook is not liable for any loss or damage to valuables left in the apartment.

The apartment is to be occupied by registered guests only. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified at the time of booking, as extra charges may apply for additional guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment—please use designated outdoor areas. We love animals, but pets are not allowed. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Significant damages may incur additional charges.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge for the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your reservation.
